Shipping policy

Regular orders are shipped within 2 business days. Custom orders have a 7-business day processing time and 3 business day shipping time. Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you once shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carriers site. We use USPS, UPS, and GLS for shipping. 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for situations where the carrier has lost a package. These are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please email us at info@shippinginstyle.com if this occurs with your order.

If your tracking states that your package has been delivered, however you don't have it, please contact your local post office and file a claim.  You may email us we can discuss options, however, please remember we are not responsible once the package enters the carrier's system, but we will do the best we can to help.
